Itinerary

Day 1

  • Heping Island Geopark (3 hrs)

    The island features fascinating geological formations such as mushroom rocks, tofu rock slabs, and sea caves.

  • Zhengbin Fishing Port Colorful House (1 hr)

    Once painted in vibrant colors, these houses transformed the quiet port into a lively area often dubbed the Venice of Taiwan.

  • Renai Market (1.5 hrs)

    At Ren'ai Market, you can find local street foods and Keelung specialties. It is not an exaggeration to say that Ren'ai Market is a civilian department store.

  • Xiner Air Raid Shelter / Keelung Tower (2 hrs)

    During World War II, the Xiner Air Raid Shelter served as a temporary command post. It's natural rock walls create a historical ambiance. Keelung Tower embodies the concept of soaring vertically, inspired by the imagery of gantry cranes commonly seen at Keelung Port container terminals.

  • E Square (1 hr)

    E Square is a multi-functional and complex shopping malls and entered famous restaurants in various countries.

  • Kanzaiding Shopping District (1.5 hrs)

    Kanzaiding Shopping District is in the sections of Xiao 1st Rd and Xiao 2nd Rd, which divide into two kinds of shopping districts. The section of Xiao 1st Rd is a traditional fish market. The fishes are fresh and the prices are cheaper than normal market.

Day 2

  • Chaojing Park (2 hrs)

    The park also features bike trails, fountains, and large-scale outdoor art installations, including a giant nautilus slide popular for photography and family fun.

  • National Museum of Marine Science and Technology (3 hrs)

    It serves to promote the scientific knowledge of the general public.“Ocean” as the main theme, NMMST exhibits the relationship between the ocean and our daily life.

  • Maritime Plaza/Guomen Sqare (1 hr)

    Located adjacent to Keelung Port, Maritime Plaza offers a picturesque view of eagles soaring over the harbor. Meanwhile, Guomen Square features a modern glass house with sleek lines, and s second-floor terrace provides a panoramic view of the harbor.

  • Chenghuang Temple (0.5 hr)

    According to traditional Taiwanese folk beliefs, mischievous spirits may linger in the human world and refuse to return to the afterlife. The City God, accompanied by divine generals aboard ceremonial boats, patrols Keelung Harbor to drive away these wandering spirits, invite blessings and ensure the safety and well-being of the community.

  • Keelung Miaokou Night Market (1.5hrs)

    The world renowned Keelung Miaokou is the major attraction of Keelung's sightseeing. The whole eatery street has been highly featured with versatile cuisines and history.
